When you submit our consultation form, we collect:

• Your name, phone number and email address
• Your industry
• Your remarks about the products or requirements you need
• Your preferred day and time for us to contact you, if you choose them

The form does not accept file uploads. If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to share with us there.

To understand how enquiries reach us, your form submission also includes technical details about your visit:

• The page you submitted from and the page where you first arrived on the website
• The website you came from, if any
• Campaign tags in the link you used (for example, the source or campaign name of an ad)
• Your browser and device type (user agent)
• Your IP address, when our hosting provider supplies it
• The date and time of your submission

We use the information you send us to:

• Respond to your enquiry and contact you at your preferred time
• Understand your requirements and prepare quotations
• Provide the procurement, inspection, shipping and delivery services you request
• Understand which pages and campaigns bring enquiries to us

Submitting an enquiry does not sign you up for promotional marketing. Contacting you about your enquiry is separate from sending unrelated marketing messages.

When you click the floating WhatsApp button or the phone number in our footer, we record the click so we can count how often these buttons are used. The record contains the type of click, the date and time, the page path, the domain of the website you came from, campaign tags in the link you used, your device category (for example, mobile or desktop), the business number linked to the button, and a random identifier that lasts for your browser session. It does not include your name, email, phone number or IP address. A click is not a record that a call or message took place.

Our website uses the following tools. They may set cookies or similar technologies in your browser.

Google Ads. Our website loads the Google tag for Google Ads on every page. It measures visits from our Google ads. When you complete an enquiry and reach our thank-you page, it reports one lead conversion to Google. That report contains a fixed value and a random reference number, not your form details.

Google Analytics. The same Google tag uses Google Analytics to measure page visits and how visitors use the website.

Meta Pixel. On tradexlink.com, we use the Meta Pixel to measure visits from our Facebook and Instagram ads. It sends Meta a page view event for each page you visit. The event includes the page address, browser and device information, and Meta cookie identifiers. We do not send your form details to Meta.

Country detection. Before loading the Meta Pixel, our website asks our hosting and network provider, Cloudflare, for your country. Your country is used only to decide whether to load the pixel and is not stored. If you appear to be in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, or if your country cannot be determined, the Meta Pixel is not loaded.

Our website also uses your browser's session storage. It remembers how you arrived and your campaign tags during your visit, and keeps the details you enter if a form submission needs to be retried. This information is cleared when you close your browser.

We use these service providers to run our website and handle enquiries:

• Google (Google Sheets and Gmail): stores enquiry records and delivers enquiry notifications to our team
• Google (Google Ads and Google Analytics): measures our advertising and website use
• Meta Platforms (Meta Pixel): measures our advertising
• Cloudflare: hosts and delivers the website and provides country detection
• Lovable: the platform we use to build and run the website and its database

Enquiry notifications go by email to members of our team who handle enquiries. We do not sell your personal information.

Our service providers may process information outside the UAE, including in other countries where they operate. Because our services involve procurement from China, we may share details of your product requirements with suppliers in China when you ask us to source products.

We keep enquiry information for as long as we need it to respond to you, provide our services and keep business records. We limit access to the tools that hold enquiry information, and our website sends data over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or make other privacy requests available to you under applicable law, by emailing service@tradexlink.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

Our website does not currently offer a cookie settings panel. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use your browser's tracking protection, and manage ad preferences in your Google and Meta account settings. Blocking cookies does not stop you from using the website or sending an enquiry.

We may update this policy when our website or practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed.
