The sample you approve should mean something when the full order arrives.
Your approved sample and written specifications provide the reference for production and inspection. Depending on your product and agreed scope, checks can cover:
- Materials, dimensions and finish.
- Product variants and agreed quantities.
- Packaging, labels and branding.
- Workmanship and other specified requirements.
If a check identifies a discrepancy, we communicate the findings and coordinate the next steps before dispatch, according to your approval requirements and agreed order terms.
