3. Review the pricing
TradeX shares the quote with pricing options so you can decide which one suits your business. We pass on the supplier's product price without adding a markup to that product price.

Once you select the pricing, we move to the sample stage.
4. Approve the sample before bulk production
TradeX arranges for a sample to reach you before bulk manufacturing begins. This is your opportunity to assess the physical product against the brief.
Check the details that matter to its intended use. Depending on the product, these may include dimensions, materials, finish, colour, fit, function and packaging. Tell us if something needs to change so it can be addressed before you approve the sample.
Your approved sample and agreed specifications become the reference for the order. Bulk production follows your approval.
5. TradeX coordinates production
After sample approval, things moves into bulk manufacturing. TradeX manages all the communication.
You continue dealing with the same procurement team. If a detail needs clarification during production, there is a clear point of contact who already understands the requirement and the sample you approved.
6. The goods are checked before shipment
Before the products leave China, TradeX coordinates quality and quantity checks against the approved sample, specifications and order requirements.
7. Your order is delivered across the UAE
TradeX coordinates shipment and delivery to your agreed UAE destination. Our service covers businesses across all seven emirates, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah.
